Super Algo Kit is a one-time digital development kit. If your purchase has a delivery, access, or duplicate-charge problem, contact support@algo.techma.io with your order details so we can review it.
How to request
Send the checkout email, payment reference, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Requests should be made within 30 days of purchase.
What happens next
We’ll confirm the order, investigate delivery or access, and tell you the outcome. Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method where possible.
